No. You do not need a full diary, but you should be actively working toward building your business. Some members start with flexible access while they grow; others are ready for a more consistent setup. We talk through what fits your stage.

The Beauty Basement is currently set up for independent hairdressers, hairstylists, colourists and makeup artists. We do not position the workspace as a general beauty-therapy, nail or lash room. If your service sits outside hair or makeup, ask us before booking so we can confirm whether the setup is suitable.

Support depends on the package or pathway you choose. We will explain the available support and the exact inclusions before you commit, so you can select the option that best fits your business stage and goals.

CoWorkz is a separate paid subscription and can also be purchased without a Beauty Basement membership. Full-time Beauty Basement members receive a discounted CoWorkz subscription rate. Learn more about CoWorkz support.

Training is not automatically included with every membership. Access to training and education depends on the package or program you choose. We will explain what is included, optional or separately available before you commit.

Yes. Flexible chair access may be available for hair professionals and makeup artists who are building momentum or do not yet need an ongoing arrangement. Other membership options, including CoWorkz, can be discussed based on your goals, schedule and business stage.
